Hi, I'm Jeffrey Denissen — a CPA, fractional CFO, and business advisor who turns financial complexity into clear, actionable insight.
Through Profit Guard Consulting, I work alongside owner-led businesses as the financial leader they need without the cost of a full-time hire — bringing the rigour of corporate finance to companies that have outgrown DIY bookkeeping but aren't ready (or don't need) a full finance department.
Most business owners don't need more spreadsheets. They need someone who can read what the numbers are actually saying — and tell them what to do about it.

These are companies past the start-up stage and into the messy middle — growing fast enough that gut-feel finance isn't cutting it anymore, but not yet at the size where a full-time CFO makes sense. That's where I fit.
